This presentation teaches cutting edge information on going beyond hand-washing and covering your sneezes. You will learn 5 ways to build a Super Immunity to help your body fend off not only the cold and flu, but serious life threatening diseases.

In this 8 week workshop series, we discuss each of the 7 strategies for dealing with a diagnosis with strength and optimism outlined in my book WTF?! I Have Cancer? Each session will begin with 5 minute support check-ins and then we will discuss the session topic for the week.

 

DETOX YOUR LIFE: BODY, MIND & SPIRIT WORKSHOP SERIES– $37 each or $97 for all three
Held once a week over 3 weeks, each of two hour workshop focuses on detoxing one of the following: Body, Mind & Spirit.

  • The Body — in this session we will talk about detoxing foods and which foods cause inflammation, what the lymph system is, and how important it is to not put chemicals on our skin.
  • The Mind — in this session we will cover the benefits of sleep, how to avoid toxic relationships, affects of stress, and the benefits of staying positive and optimistic.
  • And the Spirit — in this session we will cover the benefits of down time, being in nature, and the power of meditation and yoga.
