3 Month Private Health Coaching Program

In The Permanent Remission Project Health Coaching Program, we take a holistic approach to rebuilding your health and wellness. We look at all that is coming into your body, mind and spirit, and gently remove the toxins, rebuild your gut, and depending on where you are post-remission, we introduce exercise to rebuild your strength. We spend two sessions each (every two weeks) on rebuilding your body, mind and spirit after this major life event. A copy of my book is included with the program.

I only take a select few clients who are currently in treatment. If we decide you are a good fit, we will work weekly for six weeks taking you on a deep dive into the practices in my book, WTF?! I Have Cancer? How to Get Through the Hardest Time of Your Life with Strength and Optimism. My highest goal is for you to get through treatment feeling supported and loved through this challenging time.
