Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Talk about a delicious no guilt dessert! Made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients, this yummy treat can be ready in no time. The avocado provides the creamy texture as well as adding some great health benefits. High in fiber, potassium and loaded with healthy fats for beautiful skin and vitamin absorption, avocados are high on my list of favorites. But amazingly, this pudding doesn’t taste at all like avocado! It tastes like chocolatey delicious goodness. Give this dessert a try.

Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:
3 large ripe avocados (make sure they’re ripe for the creamy texture!)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup of raw honey
6 Tbsp. good quality unsweetened cocoa powder

Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Whirl until smooth.
Spoon pudding into serving cups.
Chill for 30 min. before serving.
